2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of services.
• Clients must ensure timely communication and cooperation for project execution.
• Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

3. Fees and Payment

• Fees for services will be agreed upon before the commencement of any project.
• Payments must be made as per the invoicing schedule provided by CosmicFusion Labs.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive business, technical, or financial information exchanged during the project.
• We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

• Any software, code, documentation, or intellectual property created by CosmicFusion Labs during a project remains the property of the company until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership rights may be transferred as per the terms agreed in the contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

• CosmicFusion Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• - Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice.
• If the client terminates the agreement before completion, payment for work done up to the termination date will still be required.
• CosmicFusion Labs reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these terms.

8. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
